Supporting GCF Proposal Development with Private Bank in Sub Sharan Africa
Objective : EcoCapita aims to assist private banks and organizations in Sub-Saharan Africa in securing Green Climate Fund (GCF) financing for climate mitigation and adaptation projects. The goal is to develop well-structured proposals that align with global climate objectives, promote sustainable development, and address local environmental challenges.
Scope : EcoCapita’s support includes evaluating project feasibility, aligning proposals with GCF investment criteria and national climate strategies, and ensuring compliance with environmental and social safeguards. They also provide financial modeling, risk assessments, and strategies for co-financing to strengthen project viability.
